Shipping & Returns

We want every Cadrune order to feel considered from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives.
US standard shipping is $12 (5–8 business days), complimentary on orders over $150. Shipping rates and delivery options for all other destinations are shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you by email.
Each order is packed with care to help protect delicate surfaces and sculptural forms during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
